Dosage and Administration
▸ Cattle (Intramuscular): 25 mg (5 ml)
▸ Swine (Intramuscular): 10 mg (2 ml), administered within 3 days before expected farrowing; delivery occurs within 24–36 hours.
Indications
Has a luteolytic effect. Used for estrus synchronization in cows and induction of parturition in sows.
Adverse Reactions
No adverse reactions observed when used as directed.
Precautions
▸ Pregnant women should avoid contact.
▸ People with respiratory diseases should not administer.
▸ Wash immediately if in contact with skin.
▸ Contraindicated in animals with vascular, gastrointestinal, or respiratory diseases.
▸ May induce abortion or labor-confirm pregnancy status before use.
▸ Ineffective within 5 days after ovulation.
▸ Intravenous injection prohibited.
